Defiance store not working

hey guys ive been on the defiance store ive been trying to go for the option to get more BITS and its not letting me get credit it just keeps saying that my account needs updated also having problems with my redeem code.

i'm having the same problem: yesterday I redeemed my pre-order code and didn't receive anything...then I've bought 500 bits and fortunately received them, but now if I try to buy more of them it shows me the error message "UNABLE TO BUY MORE BITS, ACCOUNT NEEDS UPDATING"....reported it on the in game help desk but didn't receive any answer....

thanks for your reply,managed to eventually get it working i bought my bits it took the money of me but didnt give me my bits.

I've started a live chat yesterday with an agent from Trion who tried to solve the problem but then he sent my ticket request to the Billing Tier 3 team which I suppose should be specific for this kind of issues...let's hope they'll do something!!!

Earlier I get in game and they gave me back the 500 bits that i've purchased but still I'm unable to buy more...seems to be a little progress!!!

I have been able to purchase bits for my account via the website/game but purchasing using Steam does not work (despite having credit in my Steam Wallet)
