I'm not sure this is gonna answer your question, but perhaps it's in the "claim" pile where the Arkfall goods were. The specifcs are tough as I'm not currently playing but I believe you press "Start" in game and go to the screen with all the purchasable perks. Select "A" to purchase (do not worry, you're not gonna buy anything). On this screen you'll see a list on the left side and one option stating "Claim". You'll see a number in parenthesis which should be your item. You should figure out the rest for yourself, as it's pretty straight forward. If you do NOT see this, attempt logging out and back in. I dunno if any of this is handy or even relevant, but it helped for my Arkfall goodies and I was very pleased with the extraction. -Adam
