This game was running great when I started playing it at 2 pm then when I got back on a few ours later the lag is worse than ever. Plus I seen that patches were done? But why is this connection horrible if patches were done?

yea the lag is terrible...then when an arkfall happens and there are other people there then the lag is just unbearable and nothing dies....please fixOriginally Posted by Zell4893

This latency is beyond ridiculous. We need more people to voice their opinion on this.
This has been posted already multiple times. I also have been playing since 2pm keep your heads up they'll work it out
What you pay for xbox live and they give you nothing? hmm shoulda got a ps3... the gov actually used those for servers...
but hey at least you get to pay for the same ISP twice and have a good looking UI
I've been wondering if using the "wireless" is adding to this or not. I had no problems in the beta but I am with the majority here in saying it's pretty bad. Rather than complain however I would like to add information in case it is relevant:
I use wireless on my Xbox.
I am in North County San Diego.
I was on party chat with one additional gamer at the time.
My friend on the other end saw SOME lag but he was playing wired and in Northern Illinois. As stated, the beta was pretty solid with the same connection, though many less people may have been playing. Either way, that's what I got for now.

Same with me 360 also. The game only started lagging after they rebooted.
This is so lame. I cant even play time trials for the black challenger. the lag is so bad i get gold medal times and then it adds ten seconds game is going back if this keeps up
Yeah the Arkfalls are a really rough situation with lag **** doesn't die and weapons don't switch, don't notice too much lag elsewhere but Yeah it's a great game just some issues need to be knocked out.
