Unable to buy bits, account needs updating.

I keep getting this message whenever I try to purchase bits, trying both with Steam and without Steam. The URL it provides me with to "update my account" isn't even a website :u It's some sort of internal development thing.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem purchasing via Play station store . Money were charged anyway and then i got this message .

Same problem on PS store, even if i try to buy bits using the In game store....

I also have this problem on PC, when I click on the link it sends me to something "website unavailable." I can't even buy bits of the trion website because it says purchase failed try again later.
