Cant see anything as I drive around, takes like 3 min after I stop, invisable baddies

I cant see what is around me most of the time I am looking at the minimap and shooting in the general direction of the red dots.
The game keeps locking up my playstation to the point where it has bars across the screen sometimes like an old nintendo that has been slapped too many times.

I really enjoy this game I have had it a year now as I was one of the pre order people.
I have never been able to play it.

I thought it was my play stations hard drive so I replaced it with a TB HD .
This did not help.

Thats 2 reasons one u have a transparency n the nsa/dod owns u. They can't fix the gov... two encrptions n compression models are set by the gov n latency will always be free... no matter if they are n 10gigE lines.

Basically its lag n cached memory. They have to push everything then upload...
