if they do scan for 3rd party they hash check, ie they know exactly what you are running and not and i doubt they ban for xsplit/fraps/OBS/sweetfx since ALOT of us run all those and doesnt seem to be a problem

Thats true, but they might also check ports, and they probably check memory.

Firefox, xsplit, ts3, and skype are the ONLY programs ive had running in my entire play session.
