Dont stealthed players have a slight shimmer around their location, like Dark matter snipers?

No, they're completely invisible. Or rather, they "don't exist". While they're stealthed, only the server and their team mates know where they are, no location data is transmitted to the player. So there can never be a hack that makes them visible unless it hacks the server directly. Of course I could also be wrong and they might just have their texture models disabled while they're invisible, but this is highly unlikely.

Stealther players can be seen jsut as dark mtter snipers can be seen.
Although i must say the dark matter snipers are a tad better visible.

To see a player clokie running around you have to notice a kind off blur in your view.

That only if your in pve in pvp friendlies are noticeable enemies aren't. Enemies go completely invisible from what Ive seen.

Then please explain how the same shotgun guy killed me 4 times yesterday while I was cloaked and had been cloaked for 4-5 seconds before he came into sight from around a building?

Alot of us vets came from a time when you cloaked you were completely invisible so that half baked cloak we have nowadays is kind of obvious.
