what happened around here over the course of ONE DAY????

Now, I am nearly reaching the level of cynicism and anger with "The Company" and the Standards and Practices of the aforementioned - this is known.
When I played ALL DAY Saturday with the Dawn Patrol, I had a blast and there were a few issues but on the whole It was great.
Looking at the forum this morning, WTF happened????
Every thread is a border skirmish or someone shaking their fists at "The Company" HQ.
Why?
Now, I am not a 5K.
Maybe a 3,500 or thereabouts - and I help as many noobs as possible and I never back down from a max threat level fight. Ever. I don't give a rat's fat @$$ how much scrip it costs me, either. I play Defiance to fight.
I am a warrior of Paradise and I want to help.

I personally do see both sides of this argument. I have played since day 1 and I am a season pass holder so I was one of the many that went into a rage when dlc 5 came out for all the same reasons as everyone else, but it is getting better. The recent patches are helping with the super powered enemies and I have come across a few new weapons combos that are effective against some of them no matter what the threat lvl even though I am only ego 2400. I think the main issue is that it was a major game mechanic change that was no where near refined enough for release. It is getting better but isn't not there yet. But all I really want is new outfits and massive land expansion and I will be happy.

Not everyone who played Defiance did so for the challenge, nor wanted an increase in the challenge. Not everyone playing Defiance finds it fun to fight no matter "how much scrip it costs" them.

Some gamers, many who played this game, have different ideas of what fun is to them. That's what happened.

Exactly. @Crixda, how could you not notice how DIFFERENT Defiance is? It didn't happen in one day. It's been a week since 4/15 DLC release and many long-time players are still unhappy with the "new age".

If I wanted to play a different game I would have gone and bought something else.

I am a day one hunter and a Daredevil, I play pretty much everyday and I am in love with this game.
I hurt and I feel joy with Defiance.
True, being a total whackjob around here doesn't help when I am super-pissed one day and asking why people are angry the next. No, I understand about the mechanic changes and grenade changes and the seemingly invinceable enemies and my useless guns.
My question was more along the lines of there being more threads this morning of angst that lately, that's all.

Where is our land expansion and kickin' outfits, to echo the query?
