I'd actually like to know the same thing. I don't have cable or anything as I don't watch much tv to begin with. If I want to watch something, I usually just buy it and move on. But I hope there is a way to watch it online. Preferably from my Xbox. I don't like watching things on my computer.

Well then I'm sure you can buy it on Amazon Instant Video...most current syfy shows are up there, you can usually even buy a season pass for a cheaper rate. With AIV you can get the app on your Xbox and watch it there.

And then the community cries when their favorite shows get canceled. Part of the reason the Sci-Fi Genre has such piss poor ratings is because most people that are into those sort of shows are more technically inclined/geeks that just DVR or download them online, sometimes illegally. While the more "challenged" part of the nation that doesn't own a computer or possess any technology watch TV the old fashioned way and that's why shows like Honey Boo Boo, Jersey Shore and Kardashians are on the air and tearing up the ratings. It's disgusting.

You can watch tv shows here: 1channel.ch And before anybody says it, it is NOT illegal to stream tv shows only if you download them. And yes I have already verified that with several sources like asking my ISP.

well im not gonna mention anything specific but Im 100% sure ppl whove been using the internet for the last 3 years knows how to watch/"acquire" tv shows if they dont have cable (or the cable channel said show(s) com eon.

Yeah, but if a show is actually good if you watch it "legitimately" it counts towards the ratings. I know we all hate commercials, but that is part of how a show makes it's money, so I always try to find legit ways first before I look to other ways. Besides the "other" ways leaves you more open to the nasty stuff of the net, so i'd rather avoid that if I can on that count alone.

Good to hear, I was wondering this myself. I have access to the sci-fi channel on my TV but honestly I haven't turned on my TV for ACTUAL TV in years. I'm much more likely to give the show a look if it's released in tandem on the sci-fi website as a stream than running it exclusively via cable/dish and only trickling the episodes out on the website on a delay. I'll happily watch an official stream with ads over an unofficial listing to support the show if its good, I just want to watch it on my schedule rather than whenever they decide to air it.
