Anybody pre-order from Amazon and not get your goodies?

i pre ordered mine from zavvi it came on the release day. when i entered the code on the back of the manual i got nothing in the claim section of the store been checking every few hours been 1 day now. .

Thank you FantasyMeister, I missed it because I thought that they would send the code the day it shipped not the day I ordered it. Ordered it almost a month ago and I get a lot of junk mail so I didn't see it till I searched all emails from amazon... so whats the code on the back of the manual for? I thought that was it and different sellers had special ones for there pre-order stuff.

The problem is that if you preordered months ago it seems as though the code for beta access and preorder goodies are one in the same. So you might be SOL if you let someone else use your beta code. I talked to Amazon customer support and they just kept sending me my beta access code. Now, after speaking to Trion, I sent another claim to Amazon stating that the code that they have sent me has already been claimed by another account...so...now I wait.
