Loyalty is great thing for sure, question is what will make you to stop being loyal, i ll make a guess, betrayal. How does basically already free to play becoming officially free to play game betrays you ?
Yes it was pay to play, i get it. You bought a copy and you had access to TRION servers to enjoy the game, this has not changed.
TRION works on new season content which will provide new storyline maybe which is good. They give you an gift you personally do not find compelling fair point, but it is a gift based on good will not on "We are sorry". Sure i guess many pre-order buyers or long term players may feel betrayed by various of things, but game going free to play is certainly not one of them.

So the real veterans who already have over 70 inventory slots, 5 loadouts, and already have enough arkforge (i am set on legendaries already...) aren't getting jack s**t from this game going free to play, 1k arkforge is a literal slap in the face. I was pretty sure you guys could do something better. (boosts? what am i going to level? level 20 weapon skills? ego grid that's already been capped?)

I don't think it's a bad idea for the game to become f2p (and to finally have a digital version of the game on Xbox), but the 'bonusses' for existing players are pathetic.

I've said it once I'll say it again unless you just go the game honestly us Veteran players don't need the Bonuses anyway, once you get to 5k ego there isn't much else to do
