F2P is better for this game, though honestly, it should've been like that from the start....Of course the game should've been in the state it's in now at the start of it. lol

The more people playing the better.
I also prefer Rifts F2P model over say LOTRO or ToRs.

Also...All of us seen it coming. It's hard not to expect big MMOs not to go F2P anymore after a year or so, which is why so many people are stating that for other games like Wildstar and ESO.

Isn't it already free to play, just not free to buy? Cause this isn't a subscription based game.

Some people confuse trials and demos for free to play. Especial if it's an unlimited time trial.

You know, whenever DC Universe went F2P, the people who paid for it got PERMANENT "subscription" status, this made the players very happy and made them want to bring their friends in.

You, nuking the money I've put into this game and giving me one measly month of "paid" status, paired with the "lololo we're gonna autoscrap the stuff in your claims bro!" makes me not only never want to come back (I quit several months ago to rejoin EVE Online) but to tell my friends that your game is a joke and to steer clear.

also, DLC5 the "Storyline" DLC was a friggin' lie Trion. You may not have to sugarcoat it and then present it with rainbows and butterflies but don't LIE to me every time we speak.

This F2P thing will bring more people to the game, at the expensive of alienating your entire current playerbase. GG.

More then likely the same as now, you don't have to have bought the DLCs to participate in much of the "C".
