If the game went free to play IMMEDIATELY (or even relatively soon)after it came out at full price, I could sort of buy your arguement more.

Not even then, because if you buy the game you still have access to things the free to play players wont have.

this is not the same, because we paid is not only the game, also a permanent contract about the right to play in a stabilizing server with paid player only until they close the game server.(that's why trial players all in a different server to other paid players)

And at now trion still can't provide a stabilizing server to all the paid gamer, and they want to open it to those free player for more profit, and the server will go stable itself? only worest.

So it is not only sell/buy/discount problem, it's more like a "Breach of contract" situation, which could lead to not only refund, also could lead to a penalty charge.

The only thing this post establishes is that if you went to law school you should demand a refund.

Well not only did I pay $65 for a game that is now free, I also paid $35 for a seasons pass that was supposed to give me all upcoming DLC. So $100 later the game goes F2P. I'm angry, I will not spend another dime on this game, the Trion Team should really be ashamed of how it has run this game from it's conception up until now. I'll be surprised if you gain anymore members.

So, you go to the grocery store and buy something. Then next week you go to do more grocery shopping and see that the price has dropped and you complain that you got ripped off? That's pretty ridiculous. You got exactly what you paid for. They are under no obligation to give you anything more. You should be thanking Trion for giving you a month of their new subscription plan for free instead of complaining that you got ripped off. You didn't get ripped off in any way. Your sense of entitlement is showing.
