turning epic into legendary

Does anyone know if we will be able to upgrade our shields from purple to orange? Also, anyone heard how much ark forge this wil cost?
On a related note, I'm looking for a purple wildcat, 100k if its perfectly rolled.

Me and a couple of buddies was talking about that last night. In theory you would think so but you never know with Trion. I'm thinking it will be at least 500 forge if not more. I hope I am wrong though

When is this going to happen? If anyone knows... I got some really nice purples saved up now, this would be something New. One more thing, how would they do the oj roll on the purples? Random?

I just gave away a window full of iv ex purp shields. :-( but I did trade an oj assassin saw for a dbl crit blue wolfhound with two purp mods on it. I have also been saving a x3 fire rate cannoneer blue canker. I broke down a handful of purple dbl crit assassin ars on my low toon. Yin and yang I guess. Lol

That's good to hear since I paid one million scrip when I had it like that for a 75% regen respark and then used half my arkforge getting it over 5000 just to hear my father ask why I had 2 plates instead of three. The people I talked to in game seem to think the rarity bump was for wpns only. Good to see I can salvage my expensive shield from being less than the effort I already put into it. I can't keep scrip at all and have not gone much over 100k since then but usually can't afford a t2 box

Although I'd hate to see this cost a zillion arkforge, if its less than 500 the traders around here will be sol. Its pretty easy to find a nice purple, and really hard to pull a nice orange. Ive prob salvaged half a million nice purple guns shields and nades that would've made awesome legendaries regardless of the last roll.

riddle me this scapeman....... whats purple now but after uprade patch is orange with post patch rolls?

will pre patch epics be able to be turned into legendaries with post patch rolls?

From what i understand, the guns will gain the next roll and the current rolls will not change. Im also assuming shields will gain an extra plate.
