Sincerely regret buying this game since I can't even go into settings without it crashing to desktop.

I'm baffled and appalled by how a developer forces you to play on a monitor connected through a HDMI cable (if you care enough to have a 100Mhz+ monitor) OR editing your registry. Also that this **** has been in the game since Alpha apparently? Pah.

You've bought a lot less than me then I've played lots of worse games in my opinion. So far enjoying Defiance, not sure of it's longevity, but right now it's fun.

i'm glad i got it for ~$40 per copy. instead of full price.

it's pretty fun, idk how much content there is. now i'm really curious to see what the contents and pace and size of the DLC stuff will be, and how much of that DLC will be free to players and what will be paid for.

i expected a cheaply made game. i got a cheaply made game. there was a reason i went bargain hunting on this one.

So far, so good. I have been enjoying the game.

I'm loving the game.. And I have faith in Trion to fix those things that would make the game even more fun. (Mostly chat).

Or people Play the First zone and find something they disagree with. I could name a few issues which I've had and I'm not steaming through the game as many people may be doing. The first few Zones is enough to see its a Repetitive game in terms of Content. World Events which are then used as Side Missions.

As others have done I went for the cheaper version so I wouldn't feel so conned if it didn't pan out to how I expected it to be. Either way No Subs is a plus but I could see it being a short lived game for me and one of those that you come back to after some time to see if its changed (And it hasn't). Either way glad I didn't fork out for an expensive copy.

Why yes, that would be sad.

Quitting a job, or taking off days from work to play a game is sad. One can only hope that the majority of players that did take time from work, for this game, are younger kids. Any adult doing so, probably shouldn't have a family.

So far, I am not too sure if I have wasted my $60. I installed the disc, opened an account with Trion, the first patch took 8 hours but had an error, the second try at downloading the patch worked but now when I press the "PLAY" button I get a Defiance Client Build Window which fails to follow through. So, I am still awaiting to be able to get through into the game.

So far, to me, I am experiencing way too much trouble to even begin playing this game. Even WoW, with its bit of aggravation, was never this hard to get to first base!!

At the moment, I am. I preordered the Ultimate Edition, only to find out my giant box came with no codes. No game code, no season pass code, no bonuses codes...so I've paid 150 USD for a bag and a figurine.

To make matters worse, I've been on hold with Live Assistance for almost 30 hours now, and have yet to hear back from Support either.
