    F2P - Collectors Edition

    I've seen bonuses for the standard and deluxe edition, but haven't seen any special treatment for the collectors edition listed.
    The collectors edition should get some extra bonus that is beyond the deluxe edition when F2P hits. Since the cost difference was quite substantial.
