Just talked to my friend a Manager at GameStop, he said they just received an Email saying Bits are registering no matter how you are buying them they are bought, they are just having an issue moving them from when you buy them to register in game and they are working on it. So be patient and give them time, has far as I can see Trion is on top of updates and issues, so just give them time. Remember this is a huge project, Xbox360, PC, PS3 all being released at same time to play on their servers MMO style. My friend said the email said if you have any questions contact Trion Customer Support.

I will say when I go to online store to check...it does come up with a pop up that says "A Transaction is Pending" I started getting that after I entered the code on the back of the manual.

Well just got done on live chat support. they say they are working to resolve this issue and we will get the credit we pay for. So they are working on it guys. thats all i know at this point
