I will be on shortly if you still are we can RUN & GUN some! I also wanted to say that in the gameplay tab there is a clan recruitment tab where you can see some of the other clans. A lot of our clan just ran together in the start from separate clans but together in the fun!!

I felt the same as you till I found my clan, I still tend to solo but it's nice to have the option to buddy up with regular people. Clans can also help you out quite a lot. One clan member just gave me two orange pistols because were in the same clan.

As for the chat, if it was not open chat then it would not be there surely. beside I've met some cool people just from being in the same arkfall zone as them, every so often we get together just to run and gun.

Basically the social side of clans is massive. The points scoring, the benefits outway not being in one. I really think its about finding one that fits both ways, you in them, and them in you. (Yeah that could be taken wrong!

I tend to play on the NA server system under the name HarlieQuin. (I play for Harlequin Ams and support Harlequin) Look me up some time if you want...

This is the reason I joined the Lonewolves its pretty much what the clan does, but we still get together every so often for co-ops etc., But I like the metaphor.

tbh i like doing what i call the batman/nightwing thing... go in, help the ones in need, and move on to the next group that needs a hand.

I reckon I'd of lost interest in this by now if I didn't have my clan mates and friends to play with, the banter and joking around makes it very enjoyable.

coops you are part of a group an if it was clan mates you know how they fight it helps more then going on your own with people you dont know, same with pvp, but point is expert is easier if you have a friends you know like B4Ugo here on the thread he has help me out so much that I would jump in front of a charging monarch for. Coops, pvp, contracts, weapons, mods, so on an so on. We are there for each other I dont now about other clans but with us you just need to say some thing, some would just pop in an help for the hell of it. There is much more to say why clans but it helps alot if you get in the right clan we are not omg big but big enough to help.

I'm not a social person at all, but Blood Oath Brotherhood on PC/EU invited me, and I haven't regretted it.

    - The chat keeps the game feeling alive
    - There are bonuses for activities unlocked through clan progression
    - Events are broadcast in chat, so you can jump to friends when events start on different phases
    - Co-op map requests are broadcast and so pop instantly
    - You can call down help when you need it
    - Friendlier place to ask questions than zone chat

I'm lucky that BOB is such a large clan, the game encourages large clans instead of small ones.

actually that is the reason why now i dont join clans (not picking on yours but my past exp). in past mmos i would usually jump to a clan and they would say the same things we help our clan mates, we do things together, we are friendly to the new. id get in and it would be nice for a month or so then it would just drop with all those things. the high levels wouldnt help new people anymore, people didnt do things together, etc and it drove me insane. this would happen from clan to clan to clan that i would go to.

the last clan i remember joining was in wow and when that happened (on the 5th guild) i was done with the clan, guild, supergroup, leagues everything. so now i roll solo and go on my own. so yeah i dont join clans now primarily due to my past with them.

again not saying any clans here are like that its just me lol
