Hard freezes = unplayable
In 30 minutes of play, I've had TWO HARD FREEZES tonight. Game is worse than ever. Each hotfix this week has done nothing to fix anything except the spam reward screens. I've read all the patch notes, and NOTHING ELSE they list as fixed is actually fixed. Is there NO ONE at Trion that can fix these issues? And now, tonight HARD FREEZES. Unplayable. 5 minutes into expert Motherlode, hard freeze. I'm not even on mic, no lag, the issue is sudden HARD FREEZE. Sony should sue for all the broken PS3's due to this game. We've all paid for this game and are being treated like beta testers. Frankly I'm very close to a VERY long break. There are many other ways to waste my time and they all involve fun. Defiance IS NOT FUN. It's a mess and The Company is letting us down. I'm livid, frankly. I work all day and come home looking forward to relaxing and instead I get Defiance which is becoming garbage. A joke. A mean joke. I'd put in a bug report but that would probably give me a hard freeze to so forget it.

First time of the day is so SWEET
Just logged on for first time today loaded in by kenn farm went to map fast traveled to muir drove to fall took a few shots at what ever I could get in my crosshairs switched to clan channel called out D M ark fall and hard lock

PS3 EU the same ...
its getting worse and worse, had 2 restarts and couldn't enter Arena Ridgecrest... there seems def. something wrong today... other ppl reporting the same or similar issues on PS3 EU

If you are still having these issues today, please let us know.
We'd also appreciate it if you would perform the PS3 troubleshooting steps from our support site, then let us know what you were doing in game if you get another hard lock.
If you can also report it as a bug, that will send specific game info directly to the dev team to help them investigate these lockups.

It went away long enough that I could play some. In general. I've done those troubleshooting steps before, not really my issue. This is a server or client issue that has been with us from the start and I dread F2P when we really get swamped! Doubt anyone new will stick around like I have.

think the same as drama, but just our idea about GM Fasti cos w r no techies ... and we just think and posting our experiences ... and sometimes we draw our conclusions out, we getting no info bout changes of client or reasons form your site...
My Experience:
After posting here from time to time its getting better on Server ... and then we need to start again to post the same reports on and on and then its getting a bit better and again... so it seems the techies on Trion´s site can adjust some things ... like on Weekend more Server Power or for special Toons more RAM on the Server... but the Client on PS3 needs to be adjusted as well, I think there is only a way to change the Client with a Patch.
Just my conclusion out of my experiences, I m not tech and that is just what I think, so again a big "IT SEEMS"

I agree that game stability is much worse lately. For example, I had three hard freezes and at least 10 disconnects yesterday. I've done all the PS3 troubleshooting and the problem isn't with me or my internet. No other game does this. The fact that we players have learned the workarounds (getting into a Warmaster through invitation/going to group leader, reloading before a dark matter monolith or expert co op, reloading when half your clan mates can't hear you, reloading after going anywhere near the Crater, reloading once you realize that the Loading screen will never go away, etc. etc. etc.) shouldn't be an excuse for complacency on Trion's part. Instead it should clue them into the actual source of the problems.
Trick - In the latest livestream you told us the servers are stable. However, our gameplay experience is far from it.

We have made several updates to improve server stability. However, we are continuing to monitor the feedback we receive for additional fixes.
That being said, have you submitted a help ticket? If you stated in your support ticket all the steps you have taken to improve the freezing experienced, we can always look into the possibility of an escalation.
