I agree Tek but . . . just doubling the enemy numbers and armor is lazy and to me is so boring. I'd rather have smarter enemies that hit harder. Alas, this is Defiance and if the devs can find an easy way out they will every time.

    Agreed.

There is a funny aspect as well!

Soleptor Excavation, at the end -cutscene- Hulker walks in with his hands full. 'Put that down this instant!' -end of cutscene-

Next moment the Hulker seems to have mysteriously cloned himself! Two Hulkers! Yey!! Might as well remove that cutscene. It's outdated.

By the way... Island of Lost Soldiers is terribly easy! Can we have 2 Matrons please?

If it's PC, I'll help with expert co-ops anytime. You really don't need a guide to do them, if you are a low EGO player, bring a bmg and heal the higher EGO players. Among the others, I'm sure they will have the proper dmg and nanos to do the mission. ALl you really need is Bio, Radiation and Fire nano'd weapons and the enemies are no longer bullet sponges.

Thanks guys. I probably should have said, I'm a high EGO player (5,551) on Xbox NA and I've played the levels on the average difficulty many times. I mostly just wanted to make sure there wasn't something I wasn't aware of or something in particular that I shouldn't do in the expert levels. I don't really care much about what my score is I just don't like being the one that's sucking in a group so I tend to do a bit of research before I jump into anything.

I did learn a few things that I'll probably want to change around, I think I may have gotten the nano's mixed up, so thanks. I appreciate it.

Yes Island of Lost Soldiers is easy but having two Matrons wouldn't make any sense... There hive minded the hell bugs that is... Maybe you'd like them to add more Hell bugs minions at the beginning ? . Or perhaps the Matron should do more damage ?. Nah i'd rather them leave the cut scene letting new people believe there is only one hulker >. Obviously as we know there are two. However I wish the ad's we're not always carrying shields that they let in maybe a rioter or a blaster.

For the hulkers in Seleptor/Explosions 101 when they start running(endlessly) just find a good corner to stand at. I can tell you that your chances of being ran over are very low, especially in explosions 101. Most people I see are usually out in the middle shooting them and get killed.
They buffed the enemy shields is what happened. And it's all over the open world as well. Shock/Electric is almost necessary against DM and 99ers. I hope isn't what they meant by buffing shock/electric because it was the least used...

Those new nano perks work really well too, for what it's worth.

As usual players are really slow to pick up on this. I asked my group tonight in the Island of Lost Soldiers expert co-op map if they wanted to take the short cut on the last lap. I guess they didn't understand the question (totally unresponsive to chat or voice >^^<) so we took the long way and I switched out to my Legendary Electrical SAW any time we faced the 99ers to strip down their shields for the group and also came loaded to bear with flashbang grenades (I used over 20 ) but it made the map manageable.

We had two >4000's btw. It's totally doable with them. I just takes a bit longer. And Tek, it may have been easier for you before but you do about 50% more damage than I do with commensurate health and shields (probably better since I use an Epic shield) and you're a better shooter than me. Have some mercy and sympathy. Just kidding. They're manageable for me as I said above but it's not acceptable to inflict this on the rest of the > 5000 player population in the open world.
