    Better solution:

4 batteries have to be laid down, right?
And there are only 4 locks on the Warmaster's cage, right?

Make it so that a player can lay down only ONE battery at an WM site.

The 4 people who lay down batteries are the ONLY ONES who are allowed to break the locks. Like so:

Me, BulletSponge, HappyTrigger and KillEmAll put down batteries. We, along with a slew of others, duke it out against the baddies until the Arkfall breaks open and we all flood inside. Once we get downstairs, the four people who put down batteries can either be idiots and break the locks or be smart and wait for more to arrive.

The people who got shunted to another arena due to overflow will simply have to wait until the next group comes along, which will have 4 people who put down their own batteries at another site.

THAT would limit the options of the griefers, idiots and n00bs who consistently ruin these things for everyone else. After all, if WE put down the batteries to call down the Arkfall in the first place, shouldn't WE be the ones to let the monkey out of his cage?

Agreed. 3k+ should be allowed in only. Or perhaps..people who know what they're doing could have a private Monkey fight? That wouldn't be too bad, would it?

That would be disastrous for all kinds of reasons.

For one thing, how will n00bs learn how to fight the monkey if they don't get a CHANCE to fight against him alongside veterans?

Secondly, what about small clans or people with a short list of friends? If they want to try their hand against the WM, they might be faced with abject failure every time due simply to limited combatants participating in the fight.

Thirdly, and as stated previously, 3k+ doesn't necessarily guarantee that the locks won't be broken. Griefers exist at every EGO level. And then there's people who've been away from the game for a long time and may not know the right strategies...

No... maximum participation and a wide variety of playing styles/combatants makes for a richer experience.

Then they would have to learn the hard way, like the rest of us, and they can do like any person with a bare minimum of inteligence, they can search here for answers or just google it.
Some of us want to play the game and we are being prevented to do so.
We always help new players and, we always tip them how to do it, but if they still ignore us there should be an alternative for the rest of us that wants to play the game as it should be.

I don't defend a vote kick, but some thing must be done.
As for the explaining part, you Don't play much WM, do you?
If there is a thing that we do all the time, that thing is to spam the chat with every kind of messages to dissuade them.l

You will never stop early lock breaking anyway. I blame a lot of factors including new players who just don't know the etiquette to the stupid EGO voice that tells them to shoot the locks......

If they fixed the EGO thing this might end.
