As a RIFT and avid PC player this is just horrible.
On the PC we expect better. You should know.
This is like a 3rd or 4th rate console port with NO optimization for PC.
The PC can do so much more!! Social, chat, graphics, UI - very dissapointed in the butchered "PC version."

Mind you, YOU expect better. Irony kicks in you claim this game lacks PC optimization, yet you play Rift?
Where does this "we" come from? Im sure a lot of people dont feel the same way as you do. Personally i agree that the chat should be fixed, that is pretty much a given, but other than that, I think Defiance is a pretty awesome PC game.
Aside from some issues with the UI & the lack of more graphic options the game is good. Slandering it by calling it a 4th rate port is far from the truth. The so called "butchered" PC version is a blast to play and only takes a few moments to become accustomed to the controls, the chat does indeed need to be more apparent though.
Don't be insulted because i don't wanna explain myself, i was probably joking anyway.
i actually enjoy this game. The graphics may not be the best but that is ok, you dont need amazing graphics to have a good game.
