Warmaster is easy...upstairs is easy...prizes are only ok...its all around a so-so experience. No need to do anything to it its fine how it is currently.

Yeah, there's no way in hell you're going to fill the room with 20-30 people with any sort of minimum THAT high.
They might need to think of some sort of change to the system to lesson people breaking the looks too early... like maybe a single player can only break one lock or something like that. But as far as people using sucky weapons, you likely are going to get what you get. I do think that first room is pretty tough. If that doesn't encourage you to bring out your best weapons nothing will.
It's hard.... but it's possible.
Which is maybe an indication that they don't need to really change anything. I think to a degree it's supposed to be VERY VERY hard by design. If noobs play dumb that's not necessarily the developers fault.
I do think the rewards should be a bit better though.
It is the developers fault when there is no other system in place to allow players to have a challenging and enjoyable experience while attempting that piece of content. If players could form Raid groups and enter their own instance of the Warmaster, that would be one thing. The current system is just challenge by poor design.
As a TEAM (removed what i wrote here incase of ban) we kill him in about 1 minute if not that then 1 1/2 at the most. His entire arm is showing before he even goes up for the first time. People chat instead of fighting because he dies so quick. We of course though wait for there to be about 40 or more people in there though.
