yeah so weird that I got that one first, then the white suit (whatever it's called) and then the jester. Pretty much consecutive supply crates. I think I have them all now.

I actually asked to borrow it so I could see what the big deal was. I love my Springer so it might be fun to run around with. I was just so hoping to get that one outfit. I have all of the General outfits... which make me look like I'm wearing grampa's clothes. The hats are always the biggest disappointment. Black short pig tails? Really? *fusses*

I've accidentally selected bits on occasion too. Absolutely ridiculous that they have that there.

EEC SMG - I have two purple's, love the speed boost, fast firing joy!

General outfits - as ridiculous looking on females as the Ronin outfits look on a guy. Sorry, IMHO they look like dudes in ugly dresses.

Bits - @#$@%&#%^#% has happened to me too. I'm certain they put that there just to get us to spend bits even when we don't even want to. Pisses me off badly when I get it by mistake. It's rare, I try to tap up twice no matter WHAT the options say just to avoid it altogether...as it likes to change. Snake that it is.

The RNG for the Weapons Mastery bonus sucks anus also. Here's an example:

I have a Purple Wolfhound with 1.04dmg mastery bonus, and I want to re-roll it, to try and get crit bonus. So I re-rolled, waited 20 min (which takes way longer than it takes to make my dinner) and once I leveled it all the way up (Ego 5800) it gave me.....

10% crit damage...............to out of combat target.

Tried again, this time I got.....

8% crit damage to out of combat target.

One more time....

6% crit damage to out of combat target.

I reset it again and logged off for the day, maybe I'll have better luck today. But I just wanted to share my horrible RNG experience. Anyone else has similar horror stories?

Oh by the way, the Gunslinger packs has given me 3 blues every week since it's release, occasionally with a crappy outfit, and sometimes 3 of the same weapons. Maybe I'm just the unluckiest person in Paradise.

I'm just glad to get some kind of response. I made them aware of the thread, and Kiwi is probably aware of it too. I stand by our group assessment that something is horribly wrong with the RNG and if they come back with "our tests show it's fine" I'm gonna get pretty offensive about it.

And yes, you're right the OJ trading market is going to die by June 10th or so. All we'll see in zone chat is "LF PURP RT CRIT BRL" n stuff.

Please be patient and let them test. I have seen Phantasie document a very logical process by which the Q&A team could reproduce a problem. He/she/it/sentient creature get's my trust until proven otherwise.

If you've accidentally used bits, you can get them refunded with Live Chat. Just don't use the item and they should assist you with that! Make sure you report it immediately, though.

Yeah, I didn't even catch it until afterwards. I never get anything from them except Arkforge and blues so it went right back into the vendor to clear space. I'd gladly hand over any money made or Arkforge received for my money back. I haven't used the Arkforge but not sure what they can do. I just chalked it off to a cruddy in game option that I need to be aware of and didn't buy what I wanted to get. :/

I had the issue months ago and told them I had the keys and clicked buy with resources but it used my bits instead. I was basicly told "Tough crap. We can not and will not refund bits EVER! Next time be more careful. But feel free to contact me if you need anything else."

So if you try, lets hope you have better luck, now that they are atleast trying to care.

I guessed that would have been the response, which is why I begrudgingly let it be and decided I will be holding off on buying any Bits after this to ensure there isn't an issue again.

I did report immediately, but may have sold everything. If I were to re purchase everything from the buy back could I get a refund?
