Can't activate my EGO power

So I'm in the tutorial where you get to try out all the EGO power before you choose one. MY EGO is asking me to activate cloak and kill two guys but I can't activate the cloak, the power isn't showing up beside the grenade picture. I have played the Beta on PC and Xbox and this part was never any problem.

I am having the same issue; I also played the beta on xbox and this was never an issue. From what I can tell we aren't able to abandon the mission either so that kind of fix is out of the question. Does anyone have a solution? I also have all of my pre-order bonuses and Ark hunter bonuses on my character which didn't show up on another character I made so i'm not sure whether or not it is linked only to your first character. I'd rather not lose all my items. Any help is appreciated!

yeah, tried it with a second character and the mission worked fine but as you said all my pre-order and code things are gone and apparently linked only to my first character.

Yeah, this is happening to me as well. I played the beta and I'm not prepared to carry on playing this if all of my preorder & limited edition stuff is locked to a character that can't complete the ****ing tutorial.

I can confirm that starting another character equips you only with default equipment. All my preorder bonus weapons, items etc. are bound to my character that cannot complete the tutorial. Not only that but the Limited Edition gear is also bound to the other character that cannot complete the tutorial.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE & NEEDS FIXING IMMEDIATELY.

I am also going to spam the living **** out of this thread until someone who works for Trion sorts this out. So sorry to other you other users!

Once you complete the tutorial you can re-redeem your preorder stuff on your second character.

The weird thing that happened with my character that cannot complete the tutorial is that they were given all of the preorder items and some other weapons within the tutorial. I take it that this isn't supposed to happen?

Hope I can get my promos across characters and that I can get passed the cloak tutorial. Thanks for posting, always helpful to know other people are having similar issues. I was starting to think something was wrong with my controller. Trying now, will update.

With new character, inventory not updated, tried to link account again, says invalid code. Anyway I can save my Items or should we start flaming Trion? Lol, the game is fun, but I preordered and participated in their egg hunt for goodies. Now it is just wasted time...
