Is it possible to get charge blades from lock boxes?

If so, can it be from T2 lock boxes? I'm looking to get my hands on one, as Defiance Data says that free users can use the charge blades from DLC 1. Since I can't do the arena matches, (because I don't have the dlc) then maybe I can pull it from a lock box. (I've gotten like 8 or 9 different charge weapons from T2s so far.)

Yes. I got a blue Casti Charge Blade from a T2 box.

Edit: Though I dunno if you can get one without having the dlc. You can get a sword from the vendor if you do the workaround and get the rep for one.

It is possible but very rare. The easiest way would be to find a friend who owns the Dlc and have them do some arenas with you. You will earn rep even though you do not have the Dlc. You get 25 rep for every gold you get a blue blades is, 250 rep, a purple 500 rep, and an oj 750 rep. You will also of course need scrip, and I am not doing the math to tell you how many arenas you need to gold to get the sword of choice.

I was never able to get one from a lockbox but I had a friend get me into the arenas and was able to gather the rep to buy one from the vendor.

I've spent millions of Scrip on T2s and never seen one.

It'd be quicker to have someone who owns the DLC help you get the rep for it. Honestly its extremely rare to get one and I was on a lucky roll that day. If you need help for getting a sword I could help you or someone else could.

Good luck with that I have spent 75 keys every other day or so on lockboxes since Dlc 1 came out and have NEVER seen a blade from lockboxes. Luckily I onw the Dlc. Like I said the easiest way would be to have a friend pull you into Thorne Liro arenas.

If you are in a clan, have them help. If none of your clan will help, then find a new clan. Personally, I'd vouch for you if you want to consider Dawn Patrol. The recruitment link is in my sig. Even if you prefer your clan, hit up a Dawn Patrol member. Most of us will help. I have been doing the arenas almost every night to help people get blades for the 47 Ronin event, Dawn Patrol is hosting. My friendlist is always full, but if you send me an xbox message reminding me you need help, and what your Gt is, then I will try to find you when I am on. Actually getting on sometime in the next 30 minutes.
