It's not really needed, thanks though. It was more of a few of us being outnumbered and in a really bad situation in that Siege. Personally I choose not to upgrade my stuff all that much until probably 5500 EGO as I got nearly 4K AF saved up. If I recall properly, at the end of that siege, there was only 3 people in the Scoreboard.

Huh, I've done a bunch of volge sieges since returning in May or early June and haven't really noticed much of a difference in difficulty. Wave 9 is still a PITA but that's about it. I certainly haven't had any issues reaching the top tier of rewards.

I think the only thing I've noticed "difficulty wise" with the Volge Sieges is that you don't see people getting them up to stage 15 or 16 anymore. I think the most I've seen in my 2 months back now is stage 9 or 10 maybe. But stage 15 is a bygone memory to me.

Early June was when they nerfed the Volge which is why you aren't noticing any difference.

That's because they changed the mechanics of wave progression back to the way they originally were. You have to kill all the Volge for each wave whereas before they put in timers to deal with the issue of the Volge getting stuck inside objects making it impossible to kill them and stopping wave progression. Since you have to kill them all again and there are more of them, waves don't end as quickly as they did before.

Well, the only issue I've run across so far is that there are far fewer players in-game on PC NA now then there were when sieges first came out but way back in the day the 47th Legion, CORE, and United Legions combined for a huge siege and IIRC we hit stage 24.

Had a lot of people at that one. About 40 players alone from the 47th, 20 at least from CORE, and probably another dozen from United Legions with everyone knowing what they were doing.
