Hey i wanted to make a topic where we can all post our findings about cars ingame. So here i go first
The type of cars ROLLERS (Nomad, Duni Shetarru, Dodge) can carry an additional passenger. You have to invite someone to your group and than they can enter as passenger!
Iron Demon Ranch there you can find 2 types of quads.

Headlands Transit Depot where you can get the Duni Shetarru buggy + the quads which are more expensive.

Near Muir and as Valethar said you need to clear the mobs first then a vendor will appear which sells

Duni Shetarru Pink you get it from Rosa Rodriguez from a mission in San Francisco. It has all the stats as the other Shetarru
