But I have a little problem...
Today I've redeemed "Paradise" but my 15 day Patron status did not activate, and in the boosts menu it is still greyed out.

round-about fix for website sign in issues in regards to dlc and bits: that i had to use to buy a dlc last night: log in to the game itself,minimize it,buy the dlc pack on amazon,write down the code,close out the webpage,go back into the game and use "redeem code"
words liek a charm for the dlc stuff,and if you need bits,you can purchase them ingame with a paypal account,without ever needing to mess with the website
(dont know if this helps but i figured it might seeing the website problem first hand)
