    Where are my Bits?

    Hey everyone.
    Yesterday i buy'd 500 bits for 5.99€, my money is gone but where are my bits?

    I hope someone can help me.

    PS: I'm playing on Ps3.

    When you look at your account page on the Trion website, on the Defiance page under 'Manage Games' does it show a balance there? When you're in the game and look at the store page, is there a balance there?

    You also haven't mentioned which platform you're on, or how you purchased the bits, which they'll probably need to know in order to help you.

    nope, there is nothing, i'm playing on ps3 and i purchased it from the in game defiance shop.

    Have the same problem . Purchased bits via Play station network and they don't appear . Received message " You have to update account to receive bits " Money were charged anyways .

    I also bought them the Xbox an RECIEVED NOTHING, and it's really Begining to upset me as we spent our hard earned money and get nothing but they will gladly take it.

    How? I opened a support thread in support desk and have had no answer, I honesty am getting tired of this crap.

    if that's where you went, it's being taken care of. The support staff is likely overwhelmed right now with all of the new players. They'll have you sorted out soon, it may just take a while.

    All I got from the support team is "we will look into it for you", which when I'm £50 out of pocket, after paying £65 for the UE isn't really the answer I'd expect.
