We used too have game stores until most of them closed down Still there was always HMV...until they all closed. Blockbuster stores...oh wait. Hard too find a brick n mortar store by me that has good selection games. *whine*

Any retail store that sold the game should have it. Put in a ticket with support on your system. I did google search found gamesplanet.com your know them?

I asked my local store and we're psn store only for the season pass

I already spoke to both Trion and Sony and the gamesplanet site you mention only has the PC season pass.As stated above only option we have is the only option we can't use.There is just no sight of the season pass anywhere!

Buddy, if all else fails just go to Gamestop and pick it up for 39.99 (no tax). We sell it as a digital code and it accomplishes the exact same thing. I actually picked up mine as we were closing tonight

As well as the season pass not appearing on the EU store, out of interest I tried to select the digital purchase for Defiance and it said the content wasnt available at this time?

PSN seems to do that with a few games, when in fact you can select and purchase them. Put 'Defiance' into the search engine and see if you get different result.

If you follow the link through the defiance site and then click buy download it will come up as unavailable as it is not on the European site and you cannot view the US PS Store through a EU PS account.I spoke again with Trion and told them ALL of this and some joker just told me to follow the link through the defiance site and it would be there and then proceeded to tell me he could not view the European PS Store as he was in the US and if it was not appearing on the European store then that was Sony's fault as Trion have made it available to European customers and then suggested I speak to Sony.....again...who told me to speak to Trion.
This is a bloody joke honestly.I will NOT be buying the DLC at full price when we should have an equal option to the US and other territories to receive a 20% discount.

Currently when you do this zero results related to Defiance are returned?? Do they not want our hard earned money? Lol
