This was in the initial announcements of perks for paying members, but I don't see a grab bag anywhere.

We've been tracking reports of this and are working to fix this aspect of Patron Pass. We'll also be extending active Patron Passes for PC players (those who are experiencing it) by seven days. Read up on Patch 2.006 here.

Those and the arkforge are not working.

The random bonus arkforge for DLC ownership is delivering from what we're seeing and the 1000 arkforge should have been granted to PC players who own the game on June 4 (July 15 for console). If any of this isn't happening, we're keen to make it right.
