I have been checking the item claim section in the in-game store, but I have not seen the items from inputting the ark codes. I got the max amount, 120 codes, and do not see a title or any other items. I have checked my list of titles and do not have any VBI titles, either.
I have claimed items from Steam and my pre-order, though. That's the part that confuses me.
I am in the exact same pickle you are pre-order through steam got all the steam pre-order goodies but none of the arkfall code rewards, I was thinking maybe it has to do with the section under "link to your console" under the My Ego menu on the website but I cant figure out how this section works.
Link to my console is only necessary if you're playing on a console. Since you pre-ordered on Steam, I'm going to guess that's not the case for you. I guess I might suggest that you check that you used the same email for your account in-game as you did when you did the arkfall codes. The other thing I would suggest is to check your applied codes section on the Trion website to see if the ark codes are showing up as items. Each arkfall code showed up as an individual entry.
You know, you have an unwarranted sense of superiority which really reveals how ignorant you are of software QA. I do software QA for a living. I specialized in pharmaceutical information systesm and when there are bugs in our software, I require as many different reports from as many different sources that I can find. Knowing which users are experiencing the same issues is critical in establishing where the bugs are generated from. It doesn't matter if someone has posted the same error, because knowing which systems are affected helps to pinpoint where the error in code is. Why don't you do Trion and the other players experiencing technical difficulties a favor and stay off this board? or at least quit the posts telling people to not report their technical difficulties? You are hurting the Trion QA staff and the players of this game through your ignorance. You clearly are in no position to advise anyone on technical issues and your responses amount to an unintentional sabatoge of the QA process in a vain attempt at ego masturbation. When Trion's QA feels they've had enough reports on a specific bug, they will be the ones to let players know to stop submitting bugs, that's not your job (I can guarantee it isn't, because of how demonstrably ignorant you are of bug squashing). I fail to see what he did wrong in this topic to warrant some personal rant against him. Yes, devs want to know what problems there are with the game. Yes, they want us to report them. But they ALSO like you to search the forums to see if your problem already has a topic addressing it and for you to post your problems in that very same topic. Not create 15 identical topics with the same name; 14 of which already have the answers you seek. He simply provided a link to ONE of these topics that provides the answer the TC is looking for.

There's a sticky on the forum, a DEV progress announcement that says they are working on it, and 15 topics asking "Where are my preorder and arkfall items" that have already explained this.

Never said a DAMN thing about NOT posting the problems lol. I've told people to stop making dupe posts. If everyone would search for a similar post before-hand, then you'd have one thread with all the people talking about it rather than 50 threads all spamming the board and making devs search for them.
I also never said nor implied I am superior, I'm just thinking unlike people who make dupe posts.
Great game when I do get in ,but 1 issue every time I do get in I try to finish chaos reigns I have 2 body's to check and I hit x button and boom I crash.... ? What do I do
Lots of quest issues going on, submit a ticket if you haven't already and then post this on an existing questing bug forum. :]
