Missing Account Stuffs.

Trying to check out the game after the ftp switch. I notice I am down to 2 loadouts. Also I have a max of 50 keycodes. I thought maybe they had my account flagged wrong, but they did give me the 1000 arkforge. Not sure what's going on.

I tried to use the ingame support. And I did file a ticket under loadouts. Pretty sure that's not the proper spot, but I couldn't find a better one. So I wanted to make a post here as well.


Also to mods: I had posted a similar thread in general at first. To get information. Because at that point I wasn't sure it was a bug.

Ok, apparently I'm an idiot. I didn't see the upgrades in the pages of stuff in claims. Just ignore this.

Just to be sure we're on the same page, you were able to find your rewards in the claim items section of the Store?
