    "Unable to buy bits, account needs updating" help

    How do I update my account!? It said the same thing when I bought bits, AND GOT NOTHING UPON PURCHASING THEM, can I have some help on how to "update my account"?

    Same problem , i assume you are playing ps3 , because i am . . I saw that all prepurchase rewards should be claimable this evening for ps3 hopefully "bits problem " will also be fixed .

    No I'm on the Xbox and both platforms are having this problem I just want it to update so I CAN GET MY HARD EARNED MONEYS WORTH.

    im on ps3 it let me pay £19.69 then told me account needs updating money has gone out of my bank acount ive checked
