I couldn't get one of me driving down the road on the quad but it looked well Ghost Rider ish.
Trion should make this a thing so you can set enemies alight.

I've been getting the leftover Nano Effect also - it was a thing back in the day - and now it's back. Honestly I like it when I'm Radioactive with the little green droplets trailing as I run or drive my ATV. Looks pretty cool actually.

It has happened on the PS3 for as long as I can remember. If you change your outfit, it will go away.
I brought this up several months. Occasionally, I get nailed by the monolith artillery. 9/10 times, I get the fire effect that sticks with me until I dc or log out. I've noticed this is the only effect that stays with me through a load out change.
When I brought it up and mentioned how cool I thought the effect was, I was basically lambasted by several because this was a glitch that needed immediate attention. I was also slightly ridiculed for thinking that something like this was cool when it was apparent that things were not "working as intended.
Glad to see I'm not the only one that likes this.
*EDIT*
Have been told by most that they don't notice the effect. When others see you they either see you or Gen. Steve. Kinda sucks. Wish others could see it.
