Day 1 problems

First off, had a blast yesterday and in the beta...however I had some issues yesterday evening and thought I would share. I had no problems with patching, but linking took a while...no major issues. However, last night, after a server update, I had terrible trouble with lag: press the button to change guns and it would disappear and I couldn't shoot for about 3-4 seconds. Activating my EGO power did the same. Driving vehicles and they would boost by themselves (this actually gave me a pursuit). My main map gliched with no icons showed. Riding the vehicle and it would take 3-4 seconds to dismount/ get out. Also, occasionally I would just get booted from my ride. While shooting mobs it would show that I had drained their hp and then the hp would go back up to half then I would pump them full of lead and they would just stand there for a few seconds then start their death animation. Also while fighting mobs, I noticed that they would slide across the field, stop, then perform their roll animation in place...I tried several things to make the game smoother...rebooting and clearing my cache...nothing seemed to help...I do hope this evening is smoother...thanks Trion for a fun game.

Edit: I was gaming with several friends, and they didn't seem to be having any problems...

I was having similar problems last night(Launch PS3). My weapon would disappear after reloading on several occasions. I do have many concerns after playing last night. I was playing with a group of three(3) and our mics' would constantly cut out completely and at times we would be taken out of each others phases' for no reason. Also, there were times when we couldn't see each other on the screen physically or on map.

I was having issues with the driving. The maneuverability was the worst I've seen in an video game in a long time - regardless of it being open world or online for that matter. Driving with the "four-wheeler" being stuck on small debris and small objects was extremely frustrating. If they can fix the mic, group and vehicle movement I think this will be a solid game.

I don't like the fact they don't have a "common area" where people can trade, open store and meetup with other players. Also, they don't explain adding MODS, attachments or breaking down weaping/armor for material very well.

Agree...mods are confusing...and also we were having similar probs with finding each other...I'll be honest, I got very perturbed last night and cut it off kind of mad. BTW we are on 360.
