Bonehead is correct. While we can copy characters across platforms:
- It is (currently) time intensive.
- More importantly, there are bugs that we haven't fixed yet (for example, copying someone in a clan causes issues on the destination server). I wouldnt want to copy characters unless we knew for sure the tool was completely functional, and its not yet.
We did copy characters to PTS/Alpha, since PTS/Alpha is just that - a test environment - and we warned people about this in advance.
Kiwi should answer this, I'm not as up to speed on CS policies!
That brings back such good memories! I still have all the original boxes.

Wow, I wasn't expecting so many helpful answers so fast. Thank you all though.
So from the sound of it, I can't transfer my character, but I can get the pre-free goodies and such transferred over? If that is in deed the case, then I will gladly buy the Season pass this weekend. I had wanted to be a Castithan since launch, but sadly couldn't. As long as I can get all of my previous status bonuses from having bought the game before launch, than I will gladly reroll as a casti.
I will contact customer support ingame and ask if they can make the switch for me. Thank you again everyone.

As an update, I contacted the support desk through the character creation screen, and this was the response.
It seemed a little too generic "we don't copy characters", and didn't really seem to touch on the specific issue of transferring pre-order goodies, paid status, and other account related issues. I clarified the question the same day, but have yet to hear back from anyone. As it stands, I updated again with a "Hello, is anyone going to answer the actual issue" statement, just so I wouldn't have it closed on me due to inactivity (as other games prefer to do).
I don't like being brushed off with an answer to a question I didn't ask, but I do understand they have better things to do, as well as WAAAAY too many of these to go through each day. Should I give it more time? Should I try customer service through the website instead? Either way, I'm picking up the Season Pass and will be starting my Castithan later tonight.
As a side note, will I still be able to buy the season pass from steam? I tried to get the game there, but it's demo only, and the DLC told me that I can't get it since I don't own the game. I'm downloading it through the glyph, but the DLC funds are tied into steam. Will I be able to buy it still (with or without adding it to the steam library), or will I just be out of luck?
