Is the Free 30-Day Patron Pass Active on Consoles Yet?

I play on the Xbox 360, and haven't been receiving Patron bonuses of any sort. Have they even been activated yet for those of us who bought the game?
Note: Just to clarify, I did not purchase a patron membership from the Bits Store. I'm wondering about the free one that owners of the game were promised.

It comes to Consoles with F2P. July 15. So no its not active on Xbox or PlayStation. PC is the only ones to have it since they already are F2P.
