I replied to this but it didn't register - so I'll try again.

We all have pretty much the same PC setups all running Windows 7 x64 and all connected to the internet modem via a simple home network through a router. This is the 1st time we all want to play the same game (usually we're all playing something different).

I have had no issue with four accounts connecting to the game at the same time. Most likely the issue lies in your router or ISP setup limiting how many systems can be on-line at once or some other throttling that is known to happen via an ISP.
