Came back to the game today, figured It was worth getting back into for a while. But first.. I wanted a change of look for my character, so I purchase 600 bits.

I go into the defiance store and choose the Volge Praetorin outfit (bottom left) and make my purchase. And then get popups receiving 4 random rare weapons... No Outfit, apparently I get a lockbox instead...

Live chat with support, they tell me they only see a 'lockbox purchase' on my account which can't be refunded (the lockbox I received was like half the bits I purchased) so no outfit and no refund apparently.

What. The. ****. Trion.

Interface ****s up this far down the line? Are you ****ing with me. I am now waiting on a response to my escalated ticket, I want my money back so I can turn around and walk the other way.
