TRION YOU NEED TO ANSWER US

You have hundreds if not thousand if paying customers who cannot patch your game and zero response from any devs. I see plenty of crap on other threads from yesterday and early this morning but nothing pertaining to anything useful about fixing your patcher issues. I have the current version verified by multiple people and it is still trying to download another 10 gigs. WE WANT ANSWERS. You will get thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in returns and horrible reviews which can kill a game if your people dont start listening and giving us updates!

The answer is PATIENCE!
I dont work for Trion but, i think you have to be patient!
There is a thousend of people who try to download the patch and everyone want it ASAP!
So just be patient and you will be playng the game after a while.

I'm sure the answer is bigger than you think. I pre downloaded the game before release and my patcher still tried to download the game twice. I've now downloaded it multple times over the last few days and it still thinks no files exist so tries to do it again.

It can't be the server being overloaded as I did it BEFORE release overnight.

ok next time you go to buy a car or a house or a movie or your groceries at the store and they tell you that you have to wait a few days then remember your statement to be patient. I payed for a game that 1000's of people have been playing and I have posted many many times with no response on how to fix my and 1000's of other peoples issues and yet they can post about the crap they released in the patch this morning which hurray people that can play can now get loot from major arkfalls. How about the people that cant even get into the game.

I played the game yesterday so for me there's that, but the download speeds are annoying. And ever since the update, I haven't been able to play because I get a message saying "Patch Error. Please try again later." Really it's annoying because it's not that it didn't download, it downloaded and began to install THEN said that.

Just tried live tech support, guess what that doesn't work either! I'm gonna get a refund smh...

Do you share your car or groceries with a million other people? Didn't think so. Also, do people program your groceries? Nope? And your car, isn't it in it's own little pre-beta about 5yrs before being mass produced? Yes? Ok, so shut the **** up.

Guess what, the problems were reported in Beta. Same as the 120hz monitor problems. The double download too. All was said to be fixed BEFORE release from a post on the 24th March. All problems still exist.

Not being able to download the patch due to traffic is one thing.

The patcher starting to download (at a mighty 0.24mbps), crapping out at 25% then not being able to resume from where it left off once it's re-established connection to the server, in the 21st century, is just laughable.
