Hi guys, sorry for this post but something has to be done about the vile abuse being handed out by a regular troll on the EU xbox servers.

I have reported the player in question and if you were playing on the xbox Eu servers this evening and was witness to the sexual harassment a lady gamer was getting in zone chat I suggest you do the same.

We take reports of personal attacks and harassment very seriously. As Phantasie pointed out, our Support Team is investigating the user in question and will take appropriate action.

Are they or are they just pacifying us by say they are? The person they are suppose to be investigating has been bold enough to say he has friends in trion and will never get banned. Neither will his clan. I am sorry I have no confidence that there is going to be anything done. Microsoft told my friend 24 hours and it has been now forty eight. Which mean nothing is getting done with it. Even though what he said about her is a law suit waiting to happen.

The person in question has been keeping quiet in zone chat, simply typing "lol" occasionally, so if the devs or cms are looking at him to see if he is consistantly like this, they need to go look at the chat history over the last few months rather than what he says now. He is a forum user, and as such will have seen this thread. In the past when people complained about him, he resorted to the same tactic of little to no communication, not because he was banned from zone chat, but because he is a smart troll.

Doesn't matter if a user is our CEO's bestest drinking buddy. If someone is personally attacking other users in the game and continues to do so after corrective warnings, they will be removed from the game.
