There is a datarecorder in Overpass, SF and another at Bernal Tower which I am not getting pickup prompts for. They don't clear in my achievements lists and are blocking my progress.
Is there any tip/trick to getting these that I am missing?

Data recorders can be a bit buggy at certain locations. Did you try relogging and doing a fresh instance of the location?

I have the one at Overpass now, but the one at Bernal Tower still won't work. I try it every time I log in.
It doesnt do the shimmer effect, suggesting I have it, but I never got the notification or the audio, and it is still grey on my list.
