    backpack synergies need a buff!

    5% damage from last shot in clip and 2% damage to targets with full health is just pointless. Everything really does need multiplying 3 or 4 times.

    Agreed. Or rather, they might need complete reworking. Even if you add 20% damage to the last shot in clip, it's still just statistical noise if you've just emptied a, say, 45 round AR clip. Maybe add bonuses to reload time or -bloom, or something to that effect? That would make the bonuses more useful.

    Get a zagger at 0 reload with outlaw. Very useful. Or a veteran canker and big boomer. I'm just saying there are effective, builds for the current backpacks.

    Nano Executioner and Survivalist are the only ones that need buffs. Idk even know how Nano Executioner works.

    Sawbones is worthless. Then again all weapons with that synergy are gone with the old Paradise vendor..so who cares.

    Could argue that Veteran could use a boost. Maybe 15%...idk.

    But but back pack synergies are real good and can make some real good load outs.

    Sawbones fully reloads your gun on a revive so that would be useful now that so many people ALWAYS need a revive. But several others do need buffed or made more useful.

    A slight buff would be nice, but we have to think about what those synergies are best for.

    An Outlaw sawed-off.
    A Survivalist sniper.
    A Machinist SAW.
    A Veteran AR.

    They all give a nice buff when used for the character type weapon. The issue is the weapon we're using to backpack them with, as they don't usually get much benefit. Rather than change the bonuses, I'd want to see character type get the bonuses without pairing them. An Outlaw character should get an Outlaw bonus when only one weapon is equipped, and so on. Pairing would then only be required when our character type is different than the synergy, such as a Veteran toon equipping a Survivalist sniper rifle. This would also finally give a reason for character choice other than the basic appearance.
