EXTREME LAG....... Is this an issue across all platforms or just PC?

Is there an issue in the game at the moment about lag. I mean extreme lag where reloading guns takes up to 20 seconds depending on where you are in the map, and even swapping guns in a fight can take so long you can't fire and get ganked by enemy NPCs............

I put a ticket in game about this but won't hold my breath about getting an answer. I just figured it's happening to me on various parts of the map at different events so it might be happening to other people too..

If anyone's also having this issue please reply to this thread..

Yeah, it's really bad for me too. Apart from the latency, networking stability seems terrible from around 2.005 or so...

YEP, its unbearable. The worst lag ive seen in a game yet. Started about 8 hours ago.

Yeah the gun stuff was fine at The Crater with 2 or 3 people around and no shooting. Even the map was working but go to Iron Demon and have some event happen outside the gate and everything turns to poo..... Map won't open properly and the issues with reloading and swapping items happen.......

Not fun if you get caught in the crossfire there and can't swap guns or even reload to defend yourself..

Yesterday at around 2:30 pm server time I went on and it was unplayable. I move but no one else does, they just float there. The NPCs barely moved. The worst part was that I decided to finally try some matchmaking for instances and that was awful!! My team mates appeared to never move, yet I could see npcs dying and could kill some myself. The only time I was "with" them and could see them was the Bosses. It was bad. I logged off and back on and no joy. Played for like an hour that way. I'm hoping this latest patch helps. Hadn't had any real problem until late Sunday.

I have given up playing this all together. Every update, build, patch since 1.905 has made the game less and less playable till it's to the point I ether lag out, get disconnected, or the game locks up/shuts down. I can expect one of these to happen every ten minutes. So I'm waiting till 2.5 to play again, maybe they will have enough fixed by then I can play longer then 10 minutes.

Lag/latency issues have been snowballing for several patches now (on PC). As of this morning, I got the "enemies blinking in and out" that I'd only ever heard about (on consoles) previously. The game's basically unplayable...

Growing steadily worse on PS3 NA since June 4th. Last night was 10x the lag I've ever seen in over a year of playing. Really, really horrid. Lots of restarts and even lagging during the patcher as I relogged into the game.
