What's in the Cash Shop??

So, this is a question I've tried to research online with very little success.

Before I buy this game for my girl and I to enjoy together, I'd like to know what's in the cash shop?

-what kind of items are there?
-how do they affect gameplay?
-is there a way to make cash-shop currency in-game (similar to buying gems with gold in GW2)?

This is probably the last big question I have before purchase.

in the cash shops there are lockboxes, clothes, 24 hr xp boosts (10%).

imo nothing really too serious, I haven't used the store yet and I do massive damage. there's nothing too overpowering in the store, if that's what you're worried about.

buy it, I can't set my controller down.

Its worth noting that the lockboxes can also be purchased with in-game earned currency. So the only things that are cash shop exclusive are the clothes and the boosts.

Neither of which should be considered P2W. (24hr 10% boosts are pretty weak overall really)

The lockboxes are basically chances at getting weapons that you could loot anyway. It's not pay to win if that's what you're asking.
You could play the entire game without ever spending a dime in it (and have no penalty for that).
I do not know of any way to get bits (cash shop money) for in game currency.
You CAN, however, buy lockboxes from vendors using looted 'keycodes' and in game currency.
