Missing Items

After today's hotfix, I signed in to find the following items missing: 500,000 scrip, and 3 orange grenades: bio, cluster, and hatchlings. I have already submitted tickets.

Were the grenades equipped in various loadouts, or were they all in your inventory and not connected to a loadout?

Submitting the ticket was a good call, as the support team will need to address the issue for you If you can update the ticket with the answers to those questions, it may help them track down any possible cause of the issue.

Were the grenades in the salvage matrix when you signed out of the game last?

I am very sorry about that! I was thinking of shields for the salvage matrix part. However, Treasurekins, if you can clarify if the grenades were equipped in any loadouts, I'd appreciate it.
