My EGO issue

I recently redeemed 2 codes while logged in and the prompt stated how 1 point has been added for each code. When reviewing the EGO status, however, it is still listing 0/120 codes redeemed. When attempting to reenter the previously two codes, it says that these codes have already been used and are no longer valid. Note that I plan to play on the 360 so I do not have a linked game account, only a forum one. What do I need to do to correct this issue?

EDIT: The codes finally updated after a few minutes of refreshing. Hopefully this issue will not persist.

Yes - its a known bug that is being hunted down.

If you're using IE - trying refreshing or clearing your cache.

Alternatively - using Firefox/Chrome should work just fine.

I have the same issue sometimes. You can log out and then back in, that usually solves it for me

Firefox has been working fine for me. I prefer to stay as far away from Internet Exploder as I can get LOL I only use it when I have to because the corporate webbies where I work haven't made it out of the dark ages yet.
