Yeah... when I played the beta I missed the icons at the top that let you do tattoo's, change the hair and eye color, etc.

It was my 12 year old son that laughed at me and pointed out how to change the colors...

At least they should give us a free change then.
Well just to be clear I wouldn't mind paying in-game money for it. Just don't want to have to spend "real" money every time I want to change something.

    Ditto.
Of course I was referring to real money. (Maybe add both options?)

Meh, not much we can do now...

I came into the forums to ask this very question, and it's the top posting on the forum.

I didn't see the extra customization option in the menus, and I'm stuck with a guy who looks like a complete toolbox. I've already put about 15 hours into the game before realizing I could make him look different, and really don't want to restart the game.

Please tell me there is a way to do this in the game.

Yeah we'll see what happens here.

P.S. As a CoH refugee I'm still used to having characters with 10 different costume slots (20 if you counted the Supergroup color variants) that cost no "real" money to modify. This included the ability to have different body models in each slot so you could potentially have small/large, male/female, winged/unwinged, etc. variants of the same character. The idea of having only one "outfit" that we might have to pay real money to change in this game almost boggles my mind. Oh well...

Either stick with him/her or trash him/her...
    No other solution so far.

I decided to stick with him, because meh...
Way to lazy to make him new and lose everything I just got.

You can get some stuff in game to change your appearance. Last night I got a baseball hat and sunglasses for my guy, and it would seem that there will be other outfits and headgear available as you progress through the game. Not sure if there will be other tattoos and other stuff though.

I really hope they implement this sometime. I wanted to change my character's makeup and hairstyle depending on the outfit I'm wearing.
